Returns & Exchange Information
- We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also provide reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of ₹100 will be applied for the entire order, not for each individual item.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send the shipment back to our company address. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup to your registered email address or contact number.
- Please ensure that the product(s) are returned in the same condition as they were shipped. If products are returned in poor condition or have been clearly worn, a refund will not be provided.
- Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed, and for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account. Please Note: Refunds or bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website.
- Payments made via the COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid, which can be used at any time.
- Reward points or store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed on our store.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For any issues, you can reach us via our customer support portal by dropping a message on Instagram (@thego.stich) or chatting with us on WhatsApp (+91 9460501231). Our team is available Monday to Sunday from 10 AM to 7 PM. Any pending queries will be resolved on the next working day.
- Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- To maintain strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks, and innerwear such as boxers, briefs, and trunks. Go Stich may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy applies.
Refunds for Free Product Deals
Any items purchased during a BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) promotion or similar offers with free products are not eligible for returns.
Self-shipping of Orders for Returns
If your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, please courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure the items are securely packed to prevent loss or damage during transit. Mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with original tags and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + ₹100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account for prepaid orders, or as store credit (gift card) for COD orders.
Please Note: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self-returns, as they are unreliable, and packages may not be accepted at our warehouse. Ensure that your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using Speed Post, a Government of India-owned entity with the most widely distributed postal network in India.
Terms and Conditions
The bank account details provided by the customer are considered final. Any errors in the details provided by the customer will not be the responsibility of Go Stich.
If you receive an SMS or email confirming the delivery of your order but have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours.

The customer is obligated to take the utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession. This includes following product instructions and retaining documents and packaging while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
If the customer feels that the product does not meet the expected standards upon delivery, they should promptly contact us via Instagram DM (@thego.stich) or WhatsApp (+91 9460501231) with details of the product and its condition within 1 day of receipt. Further instructions will be provided.
Upon return, we will fully examine the product and notify the customer via email of their eligibility for a refund (if any). Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, and in any case, within 30 working days from the day we confirm the customer’s eligibility via email.
